Report: Sex offender fled from police

SANDUSKY — A Sandusky sex offender allegedly fled from police officers Tuesday on Milan Road (U.S. 250).Jordan Pride, 20, of Meigs Street, was served with two felony warrants for failing to register an address change, charged with one felony count of violating probation and misdemeanor counts of resisting arrest and obstructing official business.A Sandusky police officer who drove in the 1600 block of Sycamore Line saw someone who appeared to be Pride walking in the area, a police report states. Police told the man to stop and he allegedly started to run away.Officers eventually caught up with the man, identified as Pride, on Milan Road (U.S. 250), the report states.Police took Pride to Firelands Regional Medical Center after he complained of hip pain, according to the report.
