Pop, pop, National Popcorn Day!

PORT CLINTON — Great Lakes Popcorn Co. kept on popping away on Thursday, making fresh goodies on National Popcorn Day. Opened in 2000, the store located on Madison Street in downtown Port Clinton offers dozens of tasty flavors ranging from chocolate drizzle to a spicy cajun inspired treat coined "Wild Walleye." Some of the flavors feature colorful handfuls, like the popular vanilla butternut. Customers are welcome to sample any flavor before purchasing a bag or tin full of popcorn.
