Report: Man followed women while touching himself

PERKINS TWP. — Police cited a man who allegedly followed women around a store while touching himself Wednesday.Jermaine Kennedy, 34, of Dewitt Avenue, received a court summons for third-degree misdemeanor public indecency.Perkins officers responded to a report of a suspicious man at a Lakecrest Parkway store at 11:15 a.m., according to a Perkins police report.Employees reported seeing a man following women around the store while touching himself.
