Police: Man dragged woman across street

SANDUSKY — Police arrested a man who allegedly grabbed a woman by her arms and dragged her across Milan Road (U.S. 250) Wednesday.Jory Hall, 29, of the 400 block of Taylor St., was charged with felony domestic violence and misdemeanor assault.The incident occurred at about 10:30 p.m. in the 1100 block of Milan Road, according to a Sandusky police report.A woman claimed she and Hall argued inside a Milan Road home before she walked out of the building and started to run across the road, the report states.Hall then allegedly followed her outside and grabbed her arms, and started to drag her across the street, according to the report.
