Police: Armed boy, 14, robs gas station

BELLEVUE — Police arrested three men and teenager Monday after they allegedly used a handgun to rob a gas station.The boy, 14, of Fremont, was charged with aggravated robbery. Tyler Haughn, 27, Matthew Robbins, 20, and Joshua Thom, 19, all of Bellevue, were each charged with complicity to aggravated robbery.At about 8 p.m., police received a 911 call about an armed robbery at a gas station in the 200 block of Castalia St., according to a Bellevue police news release. The caller said the boy had a gun with him and took money from the cash register before he fled from the station. A witness saw the boy run down the street and get into a vehicle.Police found a vehicle that matched a witness' description and pulled it over in the 900 block of Northwest Street. All four suspects were inside it and were detained while officers investigated.Officers found a handgun and cash in the vehicle when they searched it, according to Bellevue police. The boy and his alleged accomplices were taken back to the police department for questioning.
