Students like Pi and students like pie.Erich Fahr's multiage class at Meadowlawn school had a day full of the irrational number and sweet baked good on Friday with various activities in his classroom. One activity included making a plate with as many consecutive numbers for pie as the students wanted to write. The more numbers written, the bigger piece of pie.St. Mary elementary teacher Jessica Lewis' seventh-grade math class had a "Pi Bee," where students attempted to recite all the digits of Pi. Avery VanSickle and Abby Fullam won the Pi Bee and got to put a pie in the teacher's face.
