Accused Kalahari shooter among 41 indicted

SANDUSKY — An Erie County grand jury indicted 41 people this month, including a Euclid man accused of firing a handgun in a Kalahari Resorts parking lot in May.Ronnelle Chandler, 19, was indicted on three counts of felonious assault, two counts of inducing panic and one count of carrying a concealed weapon.Chandler allegedly pistol-whipped a man at Kalahari's Nyumba Entertainment Villas May 20, Erie County sheriff's office Chief Deputy Jared Oliver previously told the Register. Chandler then allegedly fired several bullets at the same man in a nearby parking lot.Nobody reported any injuries from the gunfire. Chandler was arrested May 23 by a multi-agency task force at his Euclid home, and has since been extradited to Erie County and is held in the Erie County jail.Among the others indicted:• Kendal Burks Jr., 31, 800 block Decatur St., two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence.• Joshua Heyman, 38, in the Erie County jail, one count of aggravated drug possession.• Violet Rine, 47, 300 block W. Monroe St., two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence.• Rachel Smith, 25, 2400 block Brown Road, Norwalk, two counts of felonious assault, one count of robbery and tampering with evidence.• Samuel Duke, 28, 400 block Warren St., seven counts of aggravated drug possession, five counts of aggravated drug trafficking, three counts of heroin trafficking and one count of heroin possession, tampering with evidence and endangering children.• Jveyon Palmer, 20, in the Dayton Correctional Institution, one count of theft.• Dezeray Powell, 21, 1300 block Ransom St., three counts of cruelty to companion animals and one count of endangering children.• Keith McKinley, 56, 1500 block Clinton St., one count of cocaine trafficking and cocaine possession.• Tony Hendrickson, 57, 1800 block Superior St., one count of cocaine possession and permitting drug abuse.• Elnora Stewart, 51, 1500 block Lindsley St., one count of cocaine possession.• Matthew Wallace, 44, 500 block U.S. 250 South, Norwalk, three counts of non-support of dependents.• Zachary Dees, 25, 5000 block Bayshore Road, Port Clinton, one count of heroin possession and heroin trafficking.• Tanner Nesbit, 18, 1100 block Second St., one count of burglary and vandalism.• Gerald Fantozzi, 18, 2600 block Merriweather Road, one count of tampering with evidence.• Chad Moore, 44, in the Erie County jail, one count of cocaine possession.• Rae Anne Wahl, 27, 900 block Ontario St., one count of aggravated drug possession.• Allison Marcum, 19, 1400 block Clinton St., two counts of felonious assault, one count of tampering with evidence.• John Polansky, 52, 400 block W. Jefferson Trail, one count of disrupting public services, robbery and assault.• Oronde Holt, 25, Lorain, three counts of theft.• Troy Scott Jr., 31, 1400 block Wamajo Drive, one count of carrying a concealed weapon and inducing panic.• Ryan Cole, 39, 1300 block Carr St., two counts of forgery and theft, one count of cocaine possession.• Sarah Hoch, 39, 1300 Block Carr St., two counts of complicity to commit theft and complicity to commit forgery.• Larond Giving, 46, 1800 block E. Shoreway Drive, one count of cocaine possession, failure to comply with the order of an officer and resisting arrest.• Chelsea Zimmerman, 23, 100 block Boston Road, two counts of aggravated drug possession, one count of failure to comply with the order of an officer, tampering with evidence and illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a specified government facility.• Javonte Johnson, 24, 1500 block W. Perkins Ave., five counts of aggravated drug possession and aggravated drug trafficking, one count of cocaine possession, cocaine trafficking, receiving stolen property, heroin possession and heroin trafficking.• Ashlei Palmer, 28, 1300 block Shelby St., one count of permitting drug abuse.• Skye Terrell, 36, 500 block E. Adams St., one count of cocaine possession.• Willie Rash, 35, 800 block Hancock St., two counts of cocaine possession, aggravated drug possession and aggravated drug trafficking, one count of cocaine trafficking.• Nicholas Mullins, 28, 1800 block Wenz Road, Wakeman, three counts of heroin trafficking, one count of heroin possession.• Curtis Payton, 59, 1200 block W.
