VIDEO: Dog Warden brings guest

Erie County Dog Warden Barb Knapp was our guest for the Sandusky Register's public affairs program, "Between the Lines," on Thursday.The Ohio County Dog Wardens Association recently named Knapp the state's "Dog Warden of the Year" for her work in animal control.Watch the video in the player belowKnapp is a past president of the organization. She is has worked for the county dog pound for 39 years, and has been the county dog warden since 1983.
