Here comes Jupiter | Sandusky Register 50 years ago, 1964: The S. S. Kresge Company, 202 Columbus Ave., announced it would close its doors at the end of the year. The firm said a Jupiter Discount store would open in the same location around February 1. The store had been at that location since 1919.
