Hoty Enterprises celebrates 40 years

PERKINS TWP. — Hoty Enterprises recently celebrated 40 years of business.Founded in Lakewood in 1978, the company has been family-owned for multiple generations and is a well-known business throughout Sandusky and Perkins Township. Ingrained in the community, the Hoty name is associated many properties across the region. Hoty Enterprises employs 40 full-time people and oversees more than 60 affiliated companies, including Hoty Builders and Hoty Marine Group, according to a news release. The company recently announced it will move its headquarters to 5003 Milan Road in Perkins Township. Renovations are underway and the move-in is scheduled for this fall.
