Boys beaten, stripped of clothes | Sandusky Register Officers learned of the incident after a man saw a boy running down Fifth Street completely naked at about 8 p.m., according to a police report. Officers asked the boy what happened, and he told them an 11-year-old boy attacked him with a stick. A second boy who was also attacked provided similar information to officers, the report said.
