Many kudos to Miller

SANDUSKY — For longtime subscribers, it's a voice you've heard for many years. Aimee Miller, customer service manager for the Sandusky Register and Norwalk Reflector, celebrated 20 years of working for the newspapers this August. She first joined as a circulation assistant at the Register in 2006 before being promoted to a district manager and later to her current role. Miller handles, among other tasks, helping customers with their subscriptions and is often the first face you see when entering the Register/Reflector West Market Street office in Sandusky. She's a member of Sandusky High School's Class of 1992 and majored in communications and business at Bowling Green State University. What she enjoys most about the work is "talking to our customers and making sure they are happy and feel special," she said. That's something others at the Register truly recognize, including: • Latasha Webb, assistant circulation manager/single copy manager: "I would like to say congratulations on your impressive 20 years at the Sandusky Register. Your loyalty, dedication and hard work over the years are appreciated. Many customers ask for you by name because you provide such great customer service and are always willing to lend a friendly ear when they just need someone to talk to. That says a lot about the kind of person and employee you are. Thanks for everything you do to make each day a little easier and a little less stressful. Outside the office, Miller enjoys going to the gym, visiting Cedar Point, spending time with her four grandkids — Jazlyn, Mila, Ana and Jasper — and "anything to do with dogs." She's married to her husband, Jim, and has two daughters: Jaclyn and Samantha.
