Dick L. Foster

HURON — Dick L. "Bags" Foster, 67, of Huron, passed away Sunday, Feb. 11, 2018, at his residence after a lengthy illness.He was born May 19, 1950, in Lodi, Ohio. He worked for the City of Huron Street Department for many years.He enjoyed riding his Harley Davison Motorcycle as a past-time.He is survived by his life-long partner, Ceetta Foster of Huron; his mother, Lillian F. Foster of Wooster; two children in the Medina area; a stepdaughter, Alisha Mooney of Chippewa Lake, Ohio; a niece, Tammy (Tim) Howard of Wooster, Ohio; a nephew, Rick (Paula) Sprunger of San Diego, Calif.; a sister, Georgetta "Snooks" (George) "Sonny" Stanko of Norwalk; and god-daughter, Shannon Kennelly of Huron.He was preceded in death by his father, Vernon Foster.Cremation has taken place and a family gathering will take place.Memorial contributions may be made to Dick's family.Condolences may be shared at fosterfh.com.Foster Funeral Home & Crematory, Huron, is handling the arrangements.
