Police: Man trespasses, runs from home

DANBURY TWP. — Police arrested a Milan man Tuesday after he allegedly tried to enter a home before being confronted by a resident with a firearm.Kyle Huber, 26, of Milan, was charged with aggravated trespassing.A resident of a home, on North Margaret Drive, woke up just after 1 a.m. to a tapping noise that sounded like someone trying to get in through a window, Danbury police Detective Mark Meisler said.The resident investigated and found a man, later identified as Huber, allegedly trying to get into the home through the front door."The homeowner didn't know (Huber) at all," Meisler said.Huber allegedly ran from the home when the resident met him at the front door with a firearm. No rounds were fired.Two police officers responded to the scene and found Huber at a nearby residence.
