Verizon offering big grant for small businesses

SANDUSKY — Looking for a business grant? Look no further. The Verizon Small Business Digital Ready program is offering $10,000 grants to eligible small businesses throughout 2026. To apply, you'll need to: • Own a for-profit business located in the U.S., Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands • Be 18 or older • Create a free Verizon Digital Ready account • Complete any two eligible online courses or events to unlock the grant application The application is free, takes about 30 minutes to complete, and if you're not selected in one month's drawing, your application remains eligible for future grant rounds throughout the year.
