Pedal company finds footing in Norwalk

NORWALK — Many people, including those representing the Huron County Growth Partnership, stopped by for a recent ribbon-cutting ceremony to welcome the Norwalk Pedal Co. to the city. "We had a great time celebrating and even got to take a spin on the pedal bike," according to a partnership statement. "Trust us: It's a blast." Also operating in Sandusky and Tiffin, people can hop aboard the company's 14-passenger party bike, which transports people mostly around a downtown district, like to bars, restaurants, parks and other notable points of interest. "It's a great way to connect with people, friends, those who you haven't seen in a while, like college buddies, or just going out with the family," said Brittany Arbogast, who co-owns the business with her husband, Derrick, Group sizes can range from two to 14 people.
