Report: Woman who hid drugs in bra arrested

PERKINS TWP. — Police on Tuesday arrested a Norwalk woman who officers previously found with heroin and syringes inside her bra.Officers arrested Chelsea M. Savage, 32, of the 100 block of Spring Street, who had warrants for heroin possession and possessing drug abuse instruments. Police also cited a man Savage was with, Matthew D. Lemaster, 28, of the same address, for driving under suspension.Perkins police spotted Lemaster and Savage driving at the Kroger on East Perkins Avenue and knew Savage had warrants for drug charges stemming from an Aug. 18 incident, according to a Perkins police report.
