What roads, lots are closed for Ohio Bike Week?

SANDUSKY — The Ohio Bike Week Downtown Block Party is scheduled to occur Thursday through Saturday in downtown Sandusky. The following street closures and parking restrictions will be in effect for the event: • 5 p.m. today through Sunday morning: — Jackson Street Pier; For pedestrians, a portion of the northern section of the Jackson Street Pier will be ticketed access from noon on Thursday through noon on Sunday. But the remainder of the pier will be open to all pedestrians throughout the event. • 8 a.m. Wednesday through Sunday morning: — Shoreline Drive between Jackson and Wayne streets • 1 p.m. Thursday through Sunday morning: — Columbus Avenue between Market and Water streets — Jackson Street between West Market Street and Shoreline Drive — West Water Street between Columbus Avenue and Jackson Street — Jackson Street parking lot • 1 p.m. Friday through Sunday morning: — The Erie County Office Building's parking garage; Streets will be open to vehicles going to and from the garage until 5 p.m. Friday. The office building and county departments located there will remain open during their traditional operating hours. — Columbus Avenue between Market and Washington (U.S. 6) streets — Market Street between Jackson and Wayne streets — The entirety of Washington Row *All-day Saturday: — Columbus Avenue between Adams Street and Washington Street — Washington Street between Jackson and Wayne streets * It's possible these streets do not close. A decision will be made later in the week. Public parking Free public parking will be available in the following parking lots throughout the weekend: • Paper District Marina, 611 Shoreline Drive • Decatur and West Water streets lot, 501 W. Water St. • Market Grounds lot, 300 E. Market St. • East Water Street lot, 130 E. Water St. • East Water and Wayne streets lot, 203 E.
