Trojans turn tassels

GREENWICH — On Sunday, May 24 at 6:00 p.m., South Central High School proudly celebrated the graduation of 64 seniors as they crossed the stage and concluded an important chapter of their educational journey. The ceremony was a meaningful occasion filled with reflection, celebration, and anticipation for the future. As part of the program, our retiring Superintendent delivered an inspiring commencement address, encouraging graduates to embrace the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead as they begin the next chapter of their lives. The Class of 2026 was also represented by Salutatorian Abygail Fannin and Valedictorian Isabella Lucha, who shared thoughtful and heartfelt remarks. Their speeches highlighted the accomplishments, memories, friendships, and experiences that defined their time at South Central Schools, while also expressing gratitude to the families, staff, and community members who supported them along the way. The graduation ceremony served as a fitting tribute to a remarkable group of students. We congratulate all 64 graduates and wish them continued success as they pursue their goals and make a positive impact in their future endeavors.
